Easy to Follow Programme

Following a sleep maintenance disorder which persisted for over 9 months due to long covid, CBT for Insomnia was suggested to me as an alternative to medication, and John was recommended.

During the initial sessions, John provided an easy to follow programme to get my sleep back on track and I could see the benefit almost immediately. John’s advice and guidance throughout was key to addressing issues. I now get a good 7 to 8 hours sleep a night but I also have the tools should any issues reoccur.

My only regret is that I didn’t find someone like John sooner and save myself a lot of sleepless nights. Highly recommended for any sleep disorders.
