Cant Recommend This Therapy Enough
Over the past few years I had been suffering from bouts of insomnia which became particularly acute over the past year. The situation was becoming very debilitating and to be honest, dangerous at times as I almost crashed my car falling asleep at one point.
Medication was my go to treatment but I knew this was never a long term solution and my GP suggested CBT-I as a methodology that might work for me.
This led me to John at Insomnia Therapy. He offered online sessions which suited me perfectly. Over the course of a few sessions he was able to deconstruct my particular situation, remove the anxiety and provided practical and effective solutions and steps to build up my sleep function and reintroduce good sleep habits.
I know I’ll never be a champion sleeper. I never was. But I’m now back at sufficient levels of sleep to allow me to function properly and that is a blessing. Can’t recommend this therapy enough. If you are suffering you should definitely give it a try.
