Feeling Like Myself Again

Before I started CBT for insomnia with John, I was completely exhausted. I was running on just a few hours broken sleep each night, struggling to get through the day and felt like nothing would ever change.

I reached out to John and after a brief consultation I started my CBT. John helped me understand why my sleep was so bad and gave me a clear plan to help fix it. It wasn’t easy at first, but he supported me every step of the way. Through structured routine change and a change in mind set, patience and encouragement I’ve gone from barley getting by to feeling like myself again.

I suppose the biggest result for me is I’ve gone from dreading going to sleep every night to looking forward to going to bed every night. I still have work to do but I finally believe I can get a good night sleep.
